01The Firm

Plural Brokerage LLC is a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). The firm places privately offered securities and provides investment banking advisory services to sponsors and asset owners in energy, compute and infrastructure.

The firm does not hold, receive or owe customer funds or securities, and does not carry customer accounts. Subscription funds are paid to the issuer, or into escrow at a bank or escrow agent engaged for that offering.

02Scope of Business

A broker-dealer may only conduct the business its FINRA membership agreement permits. The firm's approved activities are:

  • Private placement of securities
  • Investment banking advisory services
  • Operation of an alternative trading system — approved through a continuing membership application. The alternative trading system is not currently operating.

03Registration Record

Legal namePlural Brokerage LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
CRD number312549
SEC file number8-70728

FINRA BrokerCheck is the authoritative source for the firm's registration status and disclosure history, and is updated as filings change.

04Relationship to Plural

Plural Brokerage LLC is wholly owned by Plural Capital Holdings LLC. It is a separate legal entity from Plural Everything, Inc., which develops and operates the Plural platform and AssetOS and is not a broker-dealer.

The division of labour is deliberate. Securities activity — structuring an offering, placing it, advising on it — is conducted by the broker-dealer, by registered persons, under supervision. Software that records ownership, executes payments and produces reporting after a deal closes is provided by the technology affiliate. Nothing about the platform or its features is a recommendation, solicitation or offer by Plural Brokerage LLC, except where the firm expressly acts as placement agent for a specific offering under a written engagement.

Important Message: In making an investment decision, investors must rely on their own examination of the issuer and the terms of the offering, including the merits and risks involved. Private securities offered through Plural Brokerage LLC are available only to institutional and accredited investors pursuant to available exemptions under the Securities Act of 1933, including Regulation D. Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and involve a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of the entire investment. Plural Everything, Inc. provides software and administrative technology and is not itself a broker-dealer; transfer agent services are provided through its affiliated entity, Plural Transfer Services, an SEC-registered transfer agent. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory advice, or a recommendation of any security. By viewing and using pluralfinance.com you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments and the income from them can fluctuate, and investors may not get back the amount originally invested. There is no guarantee that the objectives of any offering will be achieved. Private placements are speculative and illiquid; investors may lose their entire investment. Before investing, review the risk factors set out in the offering documentation for the relevant transaction.

  4. $20B+ portfolio management. Aggregate assets for which Plural personnel held portfolio-management responsibility during their careers, at prior employers. Not assets managed by Plural.
  5. $1B+ capital sourced on Plural. $1.008 billion, being the sum of the target or expected raise recorded for each of Plural’s 25 active mandates (see note 7). Capital sought under mandate and begun introducing to allocators; not capital raised, committed, or closed. Eight of the 25 mandates carry no recorded amount, so the figure understates total capital sought.
  6. 40+ years capital-markets advisory. Combined years of capital-markets and advisory experience across the Plural team. Plural Everything, Inc. was founded in 2024.
  7. 100+ institutional relationships. 132 distinct institutional investors, lenders and capital providers that advanced beyond initial targeting into a qualified-lead, introduction, NDA, diligence, term-sheet or completed-review stage, between October 2025 and November 5, 2026. Approximately 15 are strategic counterparties, utilities, equipment providers or public financing authorities rather than financial institutions. Engagement does not imply a commitment or the availability of capital. Active mandates are the 25 offerings at Structuring, Compliance Approved, Live/Open or Term Sheet stage as of November 5, 2026, excluding Plural’s public-private partnership infrastructure program and excluding draft and archived offerings; a mandate is an individual offering rather than a client relationship.
