AssetOS

Your capital markets program, programmed.

Plural runs the structure, the draws, and the distributions as software — and reuses it across every site. Every obligation lives in one system, built from your facilities’ terms. Lenders get the proof they need, and your team just reviews and approves.

The platform

What operates on the AssetOS.

Seven modules, one system of record. Set the structure up once, and every site that follows reuses it.

  1. Manage project structures

Spin up each site’s entity hierarchy, securities, and waterfall from a template.

The AssetOS entity hierarchy: holding companies, project companies and financing vehicles drawn as a connected tree, each card carrying its issuer and KYC status
  2. Run the raise

Stand up offerings, track progress to target across share classes, and execute subscription documents.

  3. Track investors by asset

One system of record for every investor across every site: commitments, funded and called capital, document status, and distributions.

The AssetOS dashboard: total AUM, investors and deals above the entity hierarchy, with funded capital, distributions and a positions table showing each commitment’s units, amount and document status
  4. Manage your debt facilities

Your whole debt book at a glance: committed, drawn, and undrawn across every facility.

The AssetOS capital sources page: committed, drawn and undrawn totals above a table of every debt facility with its deal, type, status, rate and balances
  5. Conditions precedent & draws

Track CPs to close and recurring CPs to draw on each facility. Submit funding notices and draws as a complete package lenders can approve in Plural or their own workflow.

An AssetOS construction loan page: drawn against committed as a funding breakdown bar, the facility’s key dates and terms, and an Initiate draw button
  6. Payments & waterfalls

Senior, mezzanine, and equity waterfalls executed automatically after approval, across every site. No spreadsheet to reconcile.

The AssetOS distribution waterfall for an offering, drawn as a flow: the deal feeding a pro rata split, which feeds the Class A and Class B shareholders
  7. Execute MIPAs & closing docs

Templated document execution with online and offline signing, recorded where the deal already lives.

An AssetOS action item for a membership interest purchase: a terms-to-completed progress track, the required actions outstanding, and a document row offering Sign and Sign Offline

the co-pilot

The software drafts the request and runs the numbers. Your team makes the call. Nothing moves without your approval.

Plural is the deal’s memory. Every deadline, approval and sign-off in one record every party checks, which flags what’s due before anyone has to ask.

Where it sits

Not your system of work — your system of money.

You already run software that manages tasks and software that watches hardware. Plural is neither.

A hand writing with a pen across printed financial statements, beside a clipboard of bar-chart reports
  • What it isn’t

Systems of work track tasks and machines.

Project-management tools know who owns which workstream, and asset-performance software knows what the plant produced and when it went down. Both are systems of work: they see the operations of the asset, not the obligations written into its financing.

  • What Plural runs

The financial life of the asset.

The register, the calendar, and the waterfall are the money side of the portfolio: what each document requires, what has been drawn and repaid, and who is owed what next. Operations data feeds the financing; Plural is where the financing lives.

Permanence

For the life of the asset.

Reporting leaves Plural in the formats your existing lenders and tax-equity investors already accept. Bringing a financing onto the system doesn’t ask your capital partners to change anything: the packages they rely on keep arriving, complete and on their dates.

The record outlives any one team member. Analysts move on and portfolios change hands, but the loan history, covenant tests, approvals, and payment records stay in the register, current and attributable, for the life of the asset.
