Raise Capital

Capital that closes.

Plural’s bankers structure the whole capital stack for your projects: project debt, tax equity, and project equity. We place each layer with institutional capital under one mandate, and one team stays accountable from the first model to the final close.

What a mandate covers

One mandate.
The whole stack.

We structure and place project debt, tax equity, and project equity under a single banker-of-record mandate. Each layer is built against the same model, so the stack closes as one deal rather than three.

Industry coverage

The industries we finance.

Different assets, same discipline: contracted cashflows, institutional paper, and a capital stack built to hold for decades.

  • Rows of ground-mounted solar panels under a cloudy blue sky

    Solar

Utility-scale, distributed, and community solar. Construction debt, tax equity, and the long paper that carries a project from NTP through COD — and the portfolio that comes after it.

  • Warehouse racking stacked with palletised equipment, seen through a steel frame

    Storage

Standalone and hybrid BESS. Tolling, capacity, and merchant revenue stacks, structured so institutional credit can hold them.

  • A long aisle between rows of white electrical cabinets in an industrial hall

    Data Centers & Compute

Powered land, modular builds, and compute offtake. Financing the data center like the infrastructure it is — equipment, shell, and power in one stack.

  • Outdoor fitness equipment in a public park, beside a street sign

    Public-Private Partnerships

Infrastructure built with state and development authorities — power, ports, and public assets with long-term public partners at the table.

  • Insulators and conductors on electrical substation equipment against a blue sky

    Grid Infrastructure

Transmission, substations, interconnection, and behind-the-meter generation. The wires everything else plugs into.

Why sponsors hire Plural

Plural becomes your capital markets team.

So you can focus on building projects. Developers are good at land, interconnection, equipment, and offtake — and then the financing asks them to become a structured finance desk on the side. That is the job you hand to Plural.

The math of building it yourself

A seasoned capital markets hire runs a seven-figure base before the first deal closes, and bulge-bracket coverage does not start at your deal size. Plural is the team without the payroll.

The work that moves to us

Models, materials, the data room, and the investor process — built and run by Plural’s bankers, tailored to each investor. You review the final version; we do the building and the chasing.

    You keep building

Financing stops competing with construction for the same hours. You run the projects; your capital markets team runs the raise — and stays on after close, running the finances on AssetOS.

01 · Structure

Bankers turn your project into a financeable deal.

Senior principals work with your team on the entity stack, the waterfall, and the terms of every layer, so each dollar in the deal has a defined seat and a defined return. What leaves the building is a deal an institutional investment committee can underwrite, with the diligence questions answered in the data room rather than discovered on a call.

02 · Place

We place each layer with its natural owner.

Senior debt tends to sit with insurance balance sheets, tax equity with banks, project equity with infrastructure funds and family offices. Our bankers run the book for each layer and negotiate every close from your side of the table. None of the capital is ours. We are your banker, not your counterparty.

After the close

After close, nothing falls on the floor.

Most raises end with wiring instructions and a stack of PDFs.
A Plural mandate carries forward: draws, lender reports, and investor distributions are administered on Plural’s software, with your deal team accountable, for the life of the asset.
